In this 10 Minute Ab workout, I take you through 4 at home ab exercises that will have you on your way to a tight and toned stomach.

A1: Straight Leg Sit up
A2: Plank Twist
A3: Kettle Bell Russian Twist
A4: Plank Star Fish

Complete 12 repetitions of each exercise with no rest in between. Once you complete all 4 exercises, rest for 45-60 seconds and repeat A1-A4 for a further 3x.

This workout can be used as a stand alone or simply be added to the end of any other workout.
