AMRAP means “as many rounds as possible” In this workout , complete 20 reps of the first exercise, rest for 30 seconds, 40 reps of the second exercise, rest for 30 seconds and 20 reps for the third exercise and rest for 30 seconds. Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes!
