If you are not sure what Tabata training is, you are in for a real sweaty treat. This style of training is designed to shed fat, whilst building lean muscles. Building lean muscle is a good thing, because the more muscle you have, the more fat you are going to burn.
This workout consists of the following –
Tabata Round One
A1 - Dumbell Squat & Press
A2 - Push Up With Clap
repeat A1 & A2 for 8 x rounds total rest for 1-2 minutes & repeat
Tabata Round Two
B1 - Squat Roll Backs With Jump
B2 - Burpee
repeat B1 & B2 for 8 x rounds total rest for 1-2 minutes & repeat
TIP - The aim is to get as many repetitions in as you can in each 20 seconds. Be sure to count your repetitions for each set, this way you can track how you are going and you will know if you are putting in 100% effort in each set. The key is to try and beat your number every time.
