In this video I take you through 4 different Abdominal exercises that is bound to set them on fire! This circuit can be added to the end of any of your workouts or cardio sessions.

A1 - Bosu 4 Point Push Up x10 each side
Rest for 30 seconds
B1 - Swiss Ball Circles & Push Outs x5 each directions
Rest for 30 seconds
C1 - Bench Knee Tucks x12
Rest for 30 seconds
D1 - Lying Leg Raises x15
Complete 3 full rounds
