This at home workout is all done with a resistant band. If you are short on time or can’t get to the gym, this is perfect for you. They are compact and can be taken where ever you go. Resistant bands are great for toning the muscles all over.

Aim for 20x repetitions of each exercise with no rest in between exercises. Complete 4-5 rounds

TIP: Be sure to sqeeze your muscles that you are using (mind to muscle connection) Don’t rush the movement and embrace the burn!
