Have you wanted to shape & tone your “behind” but just haven’t mastered it? In this video I will demonstrate a great Butt Toning Exercise known as Glute Bridges, however I am using the leg extension machine to perform this exercises. Add this to your lower body workouts and aim for 12-15 reps x 3.
TIP - Be sure to really push up from your heel so you target the glutes & not your quads, because we are all about that booty in this exercise & by doing this you will be on your way to achieving that round bubble butt. Make sure you also squeeze your butt cheeks tightly together at the top for maximum results.
