In this Full Body Gym Circuit I take you through 5 different exercises that target the entire body, there is minimal to no rest between exercises to keep the intensity high, which is prefect for shredding that unwanted body fat and will leave you feeling amazing!
This workout consists of the following exercises –
A1 - Ring Flys x10
A2 - Ring Inverted Rows x10
A3 - Barbell Shoulder Press x10
A4 - Sled Push & Pull
A5 - Bench Hops
rest 60sec, complete 4x full rounds
