This workout consists of 6 exercises, completed in 2 different circuits.
Circuit 1: 12x reps, 4x sets total - 45-60 seconds rest in between sets.
A1: Goblet Squats
A2: Forward to Reverse Lunge
A3: Kettle Bell Sumo Squats
Circuit 2: 12x reps, 4x sets total - 45-60 seconds rest in between sets.
B1: Squat Jumps
B2: Plyometric Lunges
B3: Kettle Bell Pop Squats
