Fat burning workout - TAG a friend and do this workout together!
A - Walking Lunge x30 (knees to ground)
B - Pop Squats x30
C - Bulgarian Split Squat x 12 each side
D - Sumo Squat Walks x 20
E - Jumping Lunge Squat x 20 (count lunges)
Complete each exercise with little to no rest between each set, once completed the full round rest for 60-90 seconds. Complete 3-4x full rounds.
