An all over body workout that I did whilst in Dubai on holiday!

I have recently been overseas to the UAE & to the stunning Maldives. This was one of the hotel gyms in Dubai.

If you travel, you know that you sometimes have to get creative with the equipment you are given. In this video I show you exercises to target the full body which is great for when you have been doing a lot of flying as it will get the blood flowing through your body in no time.

My Dubai Workout - Complete 12-15x reps of each exercise with little to no rest in-between exercises. Rest for 60-90 seconds at the end of the circuit. Complete 3-4 full rounds.
