A1 - Bicep Curl with twist x12
A2 - Laying DB Skull crusher x12
Rest for 60 seconds Repeat 3x sets
B1 - Incline DB Bicep curl controlled x10
B2 - 2 Phase Tricep Dip  x12
Rest for 60 seconds Repeat 3x sets
