In this workout video I demonstrate 6 exercises that are going to target the full body all with a single kettle bell & your own body weight. This circuit is designed to strengthen & tone the body, & with the minimal to no rest between each exercise, this is going to increase the intensity & will help to lose that unwanted body fat.

The circuit exercises include –

A1 - KB Squat & Press x12
A2 - KB Forward Step Lunge With Twist x12 each leg
A3 - KB Swings x12
A4 - Sumo KB High Pulls x12
A5 - KB Russian Twists x12 each side
A6 - KB Plank Under grabs x12 each side
rest 60sec, complete 4x full rounds
