If you are a beginner, you can change the rest times from 10 seconds to 20 or even 30 seconds rest until you increase your fitness levels.

Rest for 10 seconds
B1 - Kettle Bell Pop Squats 20 seconds
Rest for 10 seconds
C1 - Cross Body Mountain Climbers 20 seconds
