A1: Barbell Shoulder Press
A2: Lateral Delt Fly
rest 60sec and repeat A1-A2 4x
B1: Cable Upright Row
rest 60sec and repeat B1 4x
C1: Rear Delt Cable Fly
rest 60sec and repeat C1 4x
