In this Ab Workout I demonstrate 3 different exercises that will leave you feeling like you have toned abs of a Victoria’s Secret Model. These exercises will help to strengthen & tone your abdominals & is perfect to add to the end of any workout or cardio session.

A1 - Swiss Pike x15
Rest for 30 seconds
B1 - Swiss Jack Knives x15
Rest for 30 seconds
C1 - Bosu Toe Tap Cross Overs x6 each side
Rest for 30 seconds
Complete 4 rounds total
